We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised School Office Manager to support schools across Sandwell and Dudley from September. This is a key role within a busy school environment, requiring a confident individual who can lead the day-to-day operations of the school office while maintaining high standards of administration.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a school environment and be confident managing administrative systems, processes, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily running of the school office and administrative functions
Managing and supporting administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Acting as a key point of contact for staff, parents, and external agencies
Managing pupil data and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
