Plant Maintenance Engineer - Temp to Perm My client is a food waste processing company based in Rushden, and they require a Plant Maintenance Engineer, (Electrical or mechanical) on a temp to perm basis. The role is to maintain the plant using the most cost-effective work methodology resulting in the highest up time possible. The role is to work within company work procedures and protocols and to adapt to the ever-changing circumstances.
