Senior Support Worker
Role Overview
We are looking for confident and experienced Senior Support Workers to join a supportive team working with young people in both educational and residential settings. This position involves supporting individuals throughout their daily routines, both on-site and during external activities.
You will play a key role in helping young people build independence, resilience, and confidence by offering consistent emotional and practical support. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you’ll contribute to creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
Professionalism is essential in this role, as you will be expected to act as a positive role model and represent the organisation appropriately at all times.
