We are currently looking for experienced Fabricator/Welders to work for one of our clients in Burton on Trent The client is a market-leading manufacturer of specialist equipment to a range of industry sectors including heavy engineering and aerospace. Due to the specialist nature of the products the work is both interesting and varied and will involve the fabrication of large metal structures, working from engineering drawings, from base materials through to finished product and will include the following:- * Marking out * Metal preparation * Cutting * Bending * Assembly * Welding The work will mostly involve the fabrication of carbon steel and stainless steel and may involve some pipe work as well as plate. Artisan Recruit are currently looking for experienced TIG Welders experince working aling side pipefitters to join our workshop team in Swadlincote. This is an initial 8-week temporary assignment with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates. The Role Working within our workshop, you will be involved in the fabrication, fitting and welding of stainless steel pipework systems. Candidates should be comfortable carrying out both welding and pipefitting duties as part of the role.
