CAMHS Professionals are on the lookout for experienced residential children support workers for our client in Cambridge. We work with young people with who are experiencing moderate to serve emotional, behavioural, or mental health difficulties.
Main Duties
We are looking for candidates who is enthusiastic about working with young people and have a positive approach to the delivery of care which values working creatively and flexibly in partnership with young people, their families, and professional networks. Your role will be to deliver excellent quality care which empowers children and young people, supports them in their recovery journey and enables them to contribute towards the development of services and care planning.
As a support worker, you will be working within a clinical setting but also providing support to children and young people within a home, education, or community-based setting.
