Title: Principal Planning Officer Contract: 5 months Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Role type: Full time Contract (Monday to Friday) Job Purpose To lead and supervise a team of planning and enforcement officers within the Development Management service, managing a diverse caseload of planning applications including major and strategic developments. The postholder will research, assess and report on the full range of planning applications and enforcement matters under the Planning Acts and associated legislation.
