As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviourWhat we are looking for?
Experience working with children or young people with SEND (school or care setting)
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's development
Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are...
