About the role
We are seeking a People Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. This role is essential to supporting HR activities across the employee lifecycle, helping ensure our workforce is skilled, empowered, and engaged.
The key responsibilities will be to:
* Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and engagement initiatives,
* Help maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with legal requirements,
* Provide HR support to line managers on processes such as maternity, paternity, flexible working, and absence management,
* Contribute to policy development, employee relations, and HR data reporting.
