Role Overview The Test Manager is responsible for leading the full test definition and verification strategy for complex engineering programmes. They own the test approach from bid stage through to project delivery, ensuring that all verification activities meet Customer requirements and align with the organisation's Business Management System. They provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and set the standard for best‑practice testing.
