Job Summary: The Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across the full age range, including both paediatrics and adults. Working autonomously within their scope of practice, the ACP will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions, including those presenting with minor injuries and minor illnesses.
