Stock Condition Surveyor (Temporary – 4 Months Initially) Manchester Fixed-Term / Temporary Contract (Approx. 4 Months) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to join our Housing Team on a temporary basis for an initial period of approximately four months. This role will play a key part in supporting theasset management programme and helping achieve a target of 90% stock condition surveys completed by September across our housing stock, with a particular focus on properties less than five years old.
