Job Opportunity: Stock Condition Surveyor, DEA & Retrofit Assessor TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a contract surveyor to their team in Huddersfield. Role Overview: We are seeking experienced professionals to undertake Stock Condition Surveys, Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA), and Retrofit Assessments on social housing properties. Using a tablet device, you will record property condition, energy efficiency, and compliance with housing safety standards. Please note: Not all surveyors need to be qualified Retrofit Assessors.
