We are currently recruiting for a Construction Assurance specialist who has previous experience in Heavy Civils Construction projects within a rail environment.
The primary responsibilities of the Construction Assutance Specialist include, but are not limited to;

Conducting thorough inspections, documentation, and monitoring of construction activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.

Assessing workmanship and material quality against project specifications and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

Maintaining detailed quality records in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).

Supporting on-site testing procedures to validate completed works.
*
Identifying and addressing construction defects, including issuance and close-out of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in line with company procedures.
