BMSL require a Construction Administrator based in Holborn, Central London.
Previous experience as a Construction Site Administrator is required.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, the post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the site administration and operations. The post holder will need to liaise with sites to provide confidential employee information and communicate with the client or contractors to assist with the smooth progression of the project.
Main Accountabilities:
* Production of documents in word and excel
* Maintaining records and databases
* Controlling and monitoring of incoming and outgoing documents
* Minute taking at meetings, staff disciplinary and grievances
* Emailing, faxing and filing
* Co-ordination and managing of office supplies and facilities
* Processing of incoming and outgoing post
