The Damp & Mould Surveyor is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and managing cases of damp, mould, condensation, and associated building defects across the organisation's housing portfolio. The role ensures that homes are safe, healthy, and compliant with statutory requirements and organisational standards. Working closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams, the postholder will identify the root causes of defects, specify appropriate remedial works, oversee delivery, and contribute to improving the quality and condition of the housing stock.
