Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, our Desktop Support Engineer will work as part of a 24/7 team of highly skilled first and second-line support engineers, providing technical support to the technology-enabled workforce within Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays. There is an opportunity to be involved in project work and potential overseas travel.
This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract and will have a 24/7 rolling shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
