Role Overview Our client is seeking a hands‑on Repairs & Disrepair Surveyor to support the management of day‑to‑day responsive repairs and legal disrepair cases. This is a field‑based role requiring regular visits to tenants’ homes, close collaboration with contractors, and coordination with the in‑house legal team on case progression and formal documentation.
