I'm currently working with a residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager, for their residential scheme based in South London. You will be responsible for overseeing a block of 30 apartments, taking them from 2nd fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for managing sub-contractors on site, health and safety is met and reporting into the Project Manager on site.
