Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour. The Vehicle Concepts Engineer sits in the Whole Vehicle Concepts team within VAVE OffCycle Project. In this role, you will support the creation of early phase CAD schemes that contribute to the Upperbody and / or underbody package layout for future products. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will help ensure that concept layouts meet Engineering, Manufacturing, and Creative requirements during the Concept phase (preCS to KO). Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Whole Vehicle Concepts Lead Engineer to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 31st March 2027. Umbrella Pay Rate: £33.64 per hour. This role is part of the Off-Cycle Projects arm in the VAVE team. As a Vehicle Concepts Lead Engineer, you’ll be responsible for generating CAD schemes to support the generation of the upper body and / or under body package layout in the Concept phase (pre-CS to KO) across all new products, in order to meet the Engineering, Manufacturing and Design requirements.
