The Role:
Provide 1:1 or small group tuition to students with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties)
Deliver personalised learning plans tailored to each student's needs and abilities
Work with students who may be out of mainstream education
Sessions may take place in the student's home, a school setting, or alternative provision
Build positive, supportive relationships to encourage engagement and progress
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
