We are recruiting for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to carry out condition surveys and RDSAPon a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks. * Conduct detailed stock condition surveys * Collection of accurate RDSAP data * Work across a variety of property types (occupied and void) * Paid per completed survey – competitive rates * Immediate start available Candidates should have the following experience and accreditation. * Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor and experience collecting RDSAP data * Preferably a qualified energy assessor * Own transport * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Work self-employed outside IR35 in a flexible manner, long-term contract available

Stock Condition Surveyor & DEA Assessor 9+ months contract Portsmouth & Southampton £50 per survey (can do 6+ surveys a day) 3D Personnel are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors that can also do DEA/EPC Assessments on Houses and Flats in Portsmouth and Southampton. 3D Personnel are working with a large property surveying consultancy who have a project in Portsmouth and Southampton to survey and assess over 9000 properties before September 2026. The role will be to report on the condition of properties and assess repairs as well as conduct a Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA) report. You will be in control of managing your workload and ideally conducting a minimum of 30 surveys per week. We are currently looking for 4 DEAs/Stock Condition Surveyors to carry out several thousand Condition Surveys and EPCs throughout The Midlands. All of the data will be recorded on a handheld device/tablet.
