About the Role: We are seeking a Stock Condition / Domestic Energy Assessor to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and improving housing standards. You will carry out property inspections, collect and analyze data on housing conditions, and produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to help guide investment, sustainability, and retrofit planning.
