Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements. Investigate quality issues using structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys and Root Cause Analysis. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct internal process and product audits. Work closely with production, engineering, suppliers and customers to resolve quality-related issues. Analyse quality performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.
