Pay: £88–£92 per day
Contract: Full-time / Part-time

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs across schools in the Maidstone, Sittingbourne or Dartford area. This role is ideal for someone with proven SEN experience who is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities – SEN Teaching Assistant:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
Support children in primary with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with SEN – essential
Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs
Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
