Job Title: Delivery Coordinator
Location: Huntingdon
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
About the Role
Our Client is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join their team supportingone of their projects. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will act as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, site teams, and contractors while delivering excellent customer service and operational support.
Working Pattern
Core operating hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Saturday morning on-call (as part of a shared rota with two other team members)
Initially office-based (5 days per week)
After training and once fully independent, hybrid working available (up to 3 days working from home, minimum 2 days in the office)
Occasional site visits (approximately once per quarter)
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for key project stakeholders
Support the Delivery Lead and wider team in day-to-day operations
Coordinate communication between clients, site teams, and contractors
Ensure all operational requirements are clearly understood and delivered
Maintain accurate, auditable records and documentation
Monitor contractor activities to ensure processes and standards are followed
Help maintain service continuity and operational cover across all working hours
Deliver a high standard of customer service in a reactive environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, reactive environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident working with multiple stakeholders
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience in administration, coordination, or customer service roles is desirable
