Site Manager – Freelance – Residential – Evesham – SMSTS / First Aid
We are currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to join a residential development project in Evesham.
This role is ideal for an experienced Site Manager with a strong residential background who is confident running a small housing site independently.
The Role – Site Manager (Freelance, Residential, Evesham):
* Managing a small residential development site on a day-to-day basis
* Overseeing subcontractors and trades on site
* Ensuring all health & safety (H&S) procedures are followed
* Driving the programme and keeping works on schedule
* Reporting progress to senior management
* Maintaining high standards of quality across the build
Requirements – Site Manager:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects
* Strong background in housing / residential developments
* Valid SMSTS
* Valid First Aid
* Ability to manage a site independently
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
