Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored one-to-one or small group tutoring sessions to students with SEN
Provide support in subjects including Maths, English, Science, and other GCSE subjects
Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet the individual learning needs of each student
Help students build confidence and improve their academic performance
Regularly track student progress and provide feedback to parentsRequirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
Proven experience working with SEN students (e.g., dyslexia, autism, ADHD, etc.)
Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum
Passion for supporting students with additional learning needs
