Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalised, engaging tuition sessions to students with SEN
Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs
Support students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties
Build strong, supportive relationships to encourage confidence and progress
Monitor, assess, and report on student developmentRequirements:
Previous experience working with students with SEN (tutoring, teaching, or support work)
Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)What We Offer:
