Health & Safety Advisor
Location: Swaffham, Norfolk
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a busy construction project based in Swaffham.
This role will see you working on a live site, supporting the delivery team to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance are maintained throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site HSEQ support to management and operatives
* Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and company policies
* Review and support RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
* Investigate incidents and produce reports with recommendations
* Deliver toolbox talks and site briefings
* Promote a strong safety-first culture across site
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor within construction
* Strong knowledge of HSEQ and CDM regulations
* NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) – essential
* CSCS Card – essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently on site
