Elevate projects are working on partnership with our client, a local affordable housing provider, to appoint a Condition Surveyor within the Property Services team.
Under the overall management and guidance of the Property Services Manager you will assist in delivering and coordinating a surveying service to adopt a zero-tolerance approach for the following areas:
• Damp, Mould & Condensation inspections
• Stock Condition inspections
• Estate Condition inspections
• EPC Assessments
