What you'll do as an SEMH Teaching Assistant:
Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs
Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
Assist with behaviour support strategies
Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
Promote engagement with learning activitiesWhat we're looking for in an SEMH Teaching Assistant:
Experience supporting behaviour needs (preferred)
Calm and consistent approach
Strong teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
