The Opportunity
We are working with one of Formula 1’s most iconic teams, to recruit a skilled CNC Turning Programmer, Setter & Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute directly to the production of high-performance, precision components used at the very pinnacle of motorsport.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines to produce complex, high-precision components
Work on advanced multi-axis turn/mill platforms within a high-performance engineering environment
Interpret engineering drawings and CAD data to manufacture components to tight tolerances
Support continuous improvement in machining processes, tooling, and efficiency
Ensure all components meet strict quality and inspection standards
Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to meet demanding deadlines

You will be working with cutting-edge equipment, including:
DMG Mori Turn/Mill platforms:
ALX1500
NLX1500
NLX2000
NLX2500
Controls: Mitsubishi 730UM and 730BM with CELOS
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Turner (Programmer/Setter/Operator)
Strong background in multi-axis turn/mill machining
Experience with Mitsubishi controls (730UM / 730BM) and/or CELOS interface
Ability to manufacture complex, tight-tolerance components
Experience in motorsport, aerospace, or other high-precision industries is highly desirable
Ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday
