Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant, Secondary School (Nuneaton – CV10)
Start Date: April 2026 or Immediate
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only
Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly
Job Description:
We are supporting a Secondary School in CV10 Nuneaton who are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students who require additional support managing behaviour and engagement. The school has a strong pastoral team and supportive leadership.
You will work closely with staff to provide targeted behaviour support, promote positive choices and help students access learning.
Key Requirements:
• Experience supporting behaviour or SEMH needs
• Calm and resilient approach
• Strong communication skills
• Two recent references
• Right to work in the UK
