We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing association for a temporary Complaints Handler to join their team over the Easter period. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone experienced in handling customer enquiries and complaints within the housing sector. As a Complaints Handler, you will: Take ownership of incoming complaints, ensuring they are managed efficiently and effectively. Respond to tenants and residents in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner. Work closely with internal teams to resolve complaints and identify improvements. Maintain accurate records and follow organisational procedures.This temporary Easter role as a Complaints Handler is for 3 weeks only, offering pay of £17–£18 per hour via umbrella.
