EduTalent are supporting a lovely school in Bexhill who are looking for a KS2 Teacher to start after half term until the end of the academic year. This is a full-time position supporting a Year 3 class. Job Description * Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum. * Take full teaching responsibility for a Year 3 class, including planning, preparation and assessment. * Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and motivated. * Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs. * Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils. * Maintain strong behaviour management strategies to promote a focused learning environment. * Contribute to wider school life where appropriate. Requirements * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. 🎓 * Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2. * Experience teaching or supporting learning in Lower KS2 / Year 3 is desirable. * Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum. * Excellent classroom management and communication skills. * A proactive, flexible and positive approach to teaching. * Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
