Appointed Person
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) to join a reputable contractor working on major civils and construction projects in the Ipswich area.
Key Responsibilities:
Create lift plans and ensure all lifting operations meet industry standards
Work with Crane Supervisors, Slinger/Signallers and Site Management
Identify lifting hazards and implement safe working systems
Coordinate lifting activities with site teams
Review RAMS and brief all personnel involved
Strong understanding of lifting operations within civils, construction or infrastructure
Capable of producing method statements, lift plans and technical drawings
Appointed Person (A61 / CPCS/AP) qualification - essential
