Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant, SEND School (Stratford Upon Avon – CV37)
Start Date: April 2026 or Immediate
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only
Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly
Job Description:
We are working with a specialist SEND School in CV37 Stratford Upon Avon who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs. The school provides a structured and nurturing environment where every pupil is supported to reach their full potential.
You will work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting pupils with their learning, behaviour and emotional development.
Key Requirements:
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Patient and empathetic approach
• Two recent and relevant references
• Right to work in the UK
