Salesforce Field Service Business Analyst London (Hybrid – days TBC; other UK locations available) £525/day (Inside IR35) 6-Month Initial Contract | ASAP Start We’re working with a global organisation to deliver a major Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) programme and are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering the solution. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale Field Service Management (FSM) transformation within a complex, enterprise environment. The Role You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to discover, define, and design scalable Field Service solutions on the Salesforce platform. From early-stage requirements through to delivery, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring business needs are translated into effective, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead workshops to gather and analyse Field Service Management requirements * Create user stories, functional specifications, and documentation * Support backlog management, prioritisation, and story refinement * Design functional solutions leveraging Salesforce Field Service Lightning * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery * Provide functional oversight and guidance across the project lifecycle * Analyse business challenges and recommend effective solutions * Act as a trusted advisor, providing FSM best practice and thought leadership Key Skills & Experience * Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst * Proven expertise with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) or similar FSM platforms * Solid understanding of Field Service workflows, processes, and best practices * Experience delivering end-to-end FSM implementations * Strong background in requirements gathering, user stories, and functional design * Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills * Good understanding of integrations, data, and overall solution architecture Desirable * Salesforce certifications (BA / Service Cloud / FSL Consultant) * Experience working within large enterprise environments * Exposure to Service Cloud and wider Salesforce ecosystem Why Apply? * High-impact role on a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme * Opportunity to work with global teams and senior stakeholders * Immediate start with strong likelihood of extension If you’re a Salesforce Field Service Business Analyst available for your next contract, apply now to be considered for this or similar roles
