Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager based in Manchester to oversee multiple Cat A & Cat B office fit-out projects across the North West. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage several live projects simultaneously.
Project Details:
* Office fit-out projects (Cat A & Cat B)
* Project values ranging from £250k – £1m
* Multiple live sites across the North West
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing multiple projects concurrently from pre-construction through to completion
* Planning, creating and updating project programmes
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
* Monitoring health & safety compliance across all sites
* Liaising with Site Managers, clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Identifying and resolving any project risks or delays
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing Cat A & Cat B office fit-out projects
* Strong ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
* Ability to create and edit construction programmes (essential)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong commercial awareness
* SMSTS / CSCS preferred
