PMO Lead

We're looking for an experienced PMO Lead to drive governance, reporting, and delivery standards across a key programme workstream. You'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are aligned, prioritised, and delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, standards, and governance
Oversee portfolio delivery, including risks, dependencies, and resources
Produce executive reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
Lead and develop PMO team members within a matrix environment
Partner with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and prioritisation
Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes and tools
Experience Required:
5+ years' experience in project/program management, including 3+ years leading PMO service or leading large programs within a BPO contract setting.
Proven knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
Professional certifications such as PMQ, MSP or PMO‑specific credentials preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment.
