Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our established food distribution team based in Salisbury. This role involves delivering ambient food products to a variety of customers including care homes, hotels, schools, restaurants, and prisons.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* Alternate Saturdays required
* 5:00 AM start time
* Guaranteed 9 hours per day
* Guaranteed 45 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely deliver ambient food products to multiple customer locations
* Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
* Provide excellent customer service at all delivery points
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness
* Follow all health & safety and food handling regulations
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence (appropriate category for vehicle)
* Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and customer service skills
