We are a specialist education recruitment agency currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis within a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Stretford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual looking to make a real difference supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs in a supportive school environment.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
Supporting children with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
Promoting positive behaviour and supporting emotional and social development
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environmentWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children with SEN (school-based experience preferred)
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification) are desirableWhy Work With Us?
