About the Role
A supportive and vibrant primary school in the Skipton area is seeking a confident and engaging Year 5 Teacher to join their KS2 team for the full academic year. This role will start in September 2026, until August 2027, and could become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality lessons aligned with the Year 5 curriculum
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
* Effective classroom management and engaging teaching style
