Early Career Teachers (ECTs) – Flexible Teaching Opportunities Location: Blackburn Start Date: September Pay: From £120 per day Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience and build your confidence across a variety of school settings? We are working with a number of reputable teaching agencies in Blackburn who are seeking motivated and adaptable ECTs to work on a supply basis from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your teaching skills while enjoying flexibility and a great work-life balance. The Role Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of primary year groups, from EYFS to Year 6 Cover classes in different school settings across Blackburn Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies Adapt quickly to new classrooms and build rapport with pupils and staff What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS ECTs are encouraged to apply Strong classroom management skills (or willingness to develop) Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude Passion for teaching and supporting children’s learning Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments Why Work Through Teaching Agencies?
