We are looking for a Carpenter to work on social housing repairs and disrepairs across South Birmingham. The ideal Carpenter will have strong customer service skills and experience working in occupied properties.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Carpenter in social housing
Repairs/disrepairs background
Own van and tools
Reliable and customer-focused
Additional skills in plumbing, plastering, tiling, or painting
What’s on offer:
Up to £23 per hour (DOE)
