Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for Night Shifts on a project based in Canvey Island, working within a shopping centre environment. This role is ideally suited to candidates who live locally in or around Canvey Island.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and supervising subcontractors on site
* Overseeing ceiling works and electrical installations
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site regulations
* Maintaining site records and reporting progress
* Coordinating works to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS certification
* First Aid qualification
* Previous experience managing subcontractors on site
* Strong background in fit-out, particularly ceiling and electrical works
* IPAF / Cherry Picker ticket (preferred)
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work night shifts
Preferred:
* Candidates based in or near Canvey Island
