Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects
Maintain a positive, productive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support pupils' learning and engagement during teacher absence
Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
🌈 What We're Looking For
TA Level 2, 3, or 4 qualification (or equivalent experience)
Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
A calm, adaptable, and proactive approach
Experience in a secondary setting is desirable but not essential
