Your Day-to-Day Role
Working in a rotating shift pattern, you will:
Carry out high-quality MIG welding on precision-engineered components
Work to tight tolerances with a strong focus on quality
Use overhead cranes and jigs to handle and assemble heavy-duty components
Collaborate within a team that prioritises safety and high standards
What We’re Looking For
Strong MIG welding experience
Ability to pass a trade test
Excellent attention to detail
A safety-first mindset
Flexibility to work rotating shifts
Shift Patterns
Days:
Mon–Thurs: 08:00 – 16:00
Fri: 08:00 – 12:30
Afternoons:
Mon–Thurs: 16:00 – 00:00
Fri: 12:30 – 17:00
Nights:
Mon–Thurs: 00:00 – 08:00
Fri: 17:00 – 21:30
Shift Pay Rates
Day Shift: £19.55/hr
Afternoon Shift: £23.46/hr
Night Shift: £26.39/hr
Overtime (Mon–Sat): £29.33/hr
Overtime (Sunday): £39.10/hr
