About the Role
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking greater flexibility or looking to broaden your experience across a range of school settings? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join a growing supply bank supporting a variety of schools (Primary & Secondary Schools).
This is an excellent opportunity to work within different educational environments, develop your professional skills, and gain valuable experience supporting pupils with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils
* Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment
* Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and general administrative tasks
* Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who demonstrate:
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of behaviour and safeguarding
Experience and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should ideally have:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar classroom-based support role
* A sound understanding of classroom practices and strategies for supporting pupils with varying abilities
* Experience in supporting positive behaviour and contributing to an inclusive learning environment
* A relevant childcare, education, or support qualification (desirable but not essential)
