Job Title: Fabricator Welder
Location: Leicester
Salary: £14.00 – £16.50 per hour (DOE). To achieve the higher rate a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time, temporary to permanent
Hours : on offer are a range of full time hours Monday - Friday
• 6am-2pm fixed

DC Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in Leicester, specialising in high-quality metal fabrication for clients across the UK.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled Fabricator Welder to join their team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in metal fabrication and welding, and be confident working from technical drawings to produce accurate, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
• Fabricate metal components from technical drawings and specifications
• MIG/TIG/welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Operate fabrication machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, and rollers
• Carry out finishing processes including grinding and polishing
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fabrication and welding is preferred
• Strong MIG and/or TIG welding skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of workshop health & safety practices
