Supply Desk is working with a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Princes Risborough, seeking an enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a Key Stage 2 class and play a key role in preparing pupils for the important transition into Year 6.
About the Role

In this role, you will:
Lead a Year 5 class, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the curriculum
Stretch and challenge pupils while supporting all abilities to reach their full potential
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where learning is both enjoyable and purposeful
Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of your class
Provide targeted support and interventions to help pupils progress academically and personally

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a teacher who brings energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for Key Stage 2 education.
You’ll ideally:
Hold QTS, PGCE, or equivalent (unqualified teachers also welcome to apply)
Have experience teaching within KS2
Be confident in planning and delivering engaging lessons
Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be positive, proactive, and committed to making a difference
