Grounds Maintenance Operative
Residential Care Estate, Outskirts of Edinburgh

Job Description:
I am currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join my clients team on a part-time basis. This role is based on a well-maintained children's residential care estate located on the outskirts of Edinburgh.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of grounds maintenance duties to ensure the outdoor areas remain safe, tidy, and presentable for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Grass cutting, strimming, and edging
Hedge trimming and pruning
General upkeep of landscaped areas
Leaf clearing and litter picking
Basic maintenance of tools and equipmentRequirements:
Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role preferred
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach
Able to pass a PVG checkWhat We Offer:
